Privacy Policy

This site collects the minimum needed to run a small business site: contact form submissions and standard, aggregated web analytics. It does not collect, process, or store any data belonging to third parties through its social media integrations — those integrations only publish the site owner's own content to accounts he owns.

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent via Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, to the site owner's inbox. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not sold or shared with any other party.

Analytics. This site uses privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics, and optionally Google Analytics/GTM) to understand traffic patterns — page views, referrers, and approximate device/location. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

No account system. This site does not require you to create an account, and does not store passwords or payment information.

Abdullah Miraz operates developer apps registered with platforms such as TikTok, using their official Content Posting / upload APIs. These apps are configured to do exactly one thing: publish video content that Abdullah Miraz has produced himself to social media accounts that he personally owns and controls.

These integrations do not: accept content from other users, act on behalf of any third party, access any other person's account or data, or collect personal information from viewers of the published videos. The account owner has full visibility and control over every post made through these integrations, consistent with each platform's developer requirements.

This site may use minimal cookies or local storage for functional purposes (such as remembering a light/dark theme preference) and for the analytics described above. It does not use cookies for third-party advertising.

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Formspree for contact form delivery. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing data that passes through their systems.

Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry. Aggregated analytics data is retained per the relevant provider's default retention period.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you've submitted via the contact form by emailing the address below.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in how the site or its integrations operate. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
